Features Tell – Benefits Sell.  Don’t get me wrong, features are important.  That is, certain features are important to certain of your customers.  It’s the benefits, however, that wiggle like the worm at the end of the line.  Stay On Point.  Know the fish you’re after and which bait will reel them in.
