Dreams Funding, Inc a non-profit foundation, has
empowered the lives of thousands of women and children at risk. As
CEO and Founder, Silva and her team help connect these women and children with an
abundance of resources to jump-start
their lives.

together we can begin to break the cycle of homelessness,
